GLEAMING ELIXIR-EPR

GLEAMING ELIXIR-EPR

GLEAMING ELIXIR-EPR is a high performance, industrial grade paint stripping chemical designed to remove tough coatings with ease. Formulated with a blend of halogenated aliphatic compounds and specialized activators, it effectively dissolves multi-layer coatings, industrial paints, and varnishes from various surfaces without causing substrate damage. Unlike conventional paint strippers, GLEAMING ELIXIR- EPR is engineered to provide a fast – acting, residue-free stripping process, reducing downtime and improving workflow efficiency. Its non-flammable composition enhances workplace safety, making it a reliable choice in industrial environments. Additionally, it is optimized to reduce VOC emissions and meet regulatory compliance, ensuring a safer and more environmentally responsible solution. With its versatile application, GLEAMING ELIXIR-EPR can be used on ferrous and non – ferrous metals, composite materials, plastics (compatibility testing required), and even masonry surfaces. This makes it an essential chemical for industries requiring frequent surface preparation and refinishing

CONCENTRATION & METHOD OF USAGE

GLEAMING ELIXIR-EPR is a ready -to-use formula that does not require dilution. Before application, it is essential to clean the surface, ensuring it is free from dust, loose debris, and excess grease for optimal stripping performance. The chemical can be applied using a brush, roller, dip method, or spray system, ensuring uniform coverage. A thick, even coat should be applied to allow the chemical to penetrate effectively. The dwell time depends on the coating type and thickness — light coatings require 5 –10 minutes, while industrial -grade coatings may need 15 –30 minutes or longer for complete breakdown.

Once the paint blisters, softens, or wrinkles, the loosened material can be removed using a scraper, wire brush, or high-pressure water jet. After stripping, the surface should be thoroughly rinsed with water, solvent, or a neutralizing agent if necessary. It is crucial to ensure the surface is completely dry before proceeding with further processing, recoating, or finishing.
